By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
What this site is
This site describes Makerr’s services and the creators we represent. Nothing on it is a contractual offer. Any campaign, representation or commercial arrangement is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
Using the site
You agree not to:
- use the site unlawfully, or to send unsolicited commercial messages
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or interfere with its operation or security
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract its content, including creator names, likenesses or performance data
- reproduce or republish its content commercially without our written permission
Intellectual property
The Makerr name, logo, copy, design and code are owned by us or licensed to us. Creator names, likenesses and content belong to those creators. Brand names and logos shown belong to their respective owners and are used to describe work carried out, not to imply endorsement of anything beyond that work.
Creator and campaign information
Audience figures, performance data and case study results describe specific past campaigns. They are not a forecast. Audience numbers are accurate as at the date shown against them and change over time. Creator availability is not guaranteed by anything published here.

Where we link to other sites, we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its content is complete or current.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business or data arising from use of this site. A solicitor should set the liability cap and confirm this clause is enforceable in your jurisdiction.

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means accepting the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
